What this site is — and is not

The content here describes a product. It is general information, not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation. FinePrint is a legal technology company, not a law firm. Nothing on this site — including reading it, booking a demo, or submitting a form — creates an attorney-client relationship with FinePrint or with any attorney in our network. An attorney-client relationship with a network attorney arises only through a proper engagement formed between you and that attorney.

The product walkthroughs on this site use a fictional company, Northwind Robotics, Inc., and fictional people. They demonstrate how the product works; they are not real transactions, real matters, or real legal outcomes, and they are not a promise of any particular result.

Forward-looking descriptions

FinePrint is an early product. Some pages describe capabilities as designed or in progress, and where that is the case we try to say so on the page itself. Descriptions on this website are informational and are not a contractual commitment; the capabilities you are entitled to are the ones in your customer agreement.

The text, design, graphics and marks on this site belong to FinePrint, Inc. or are used with permission. You’re welcome to quote reasonably from the site with attribution; don’t copy pages wholesale, pass the content off as your own, or use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement.

Acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the site — if you are researching security in good faith, we genuinely welcome it at security@fineprintai.us.
• Don’t submit forms with someone else’s identity or information.
• Don’t scrape the site to build a competing dataset or to spam the people behind it.

Where the site links elsewhere, those destinations have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinePrint, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability arising from the website will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
