These terms govern your use of fineprintlm.ai, operated by FinePrintLM, Inc. The FinePrint product and any attorney services are governed by separate agreements presented for those services.

The website describes FinePrint and provides general information. It does not provide legal advice for your particular circumstances and is not a substitute for advice from an appropriately licensed attorney.
FinePrint is a legal technology company, not a law firm. Reading the website, submitting a form, applying for Launchpad, or requesting a demonstration does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with a network attorney requires a separate appropriate engagement between you and that attorney.
Do not use a public website form to send confidential legal documents or assume that submitting a request means a matter or deadline has been accepted.
Product descriptions and demonstrations #
Capabilities and availability depend on the task, company, jurisdiction, plan, and agreed scope. Your applicable service agreement governs the capabilities and services provided to you.
Demonstrations may use fictional companies, people, documents, and matters. They illustrate a workflow and do not represent customer results or promise a particular legal or commercial outcome.
Applications and offers #
Launchpad requires an application and confirmation of eligibility. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve legal services for a particular deadline. Offer details and any applicable charges are explained before you accept the relevant service.
Our content #
The text, graphics, design, and marks on this site belong to FinePrintLM, Inc. or are used with permission. You may quote reasonable portions with attribution. Do not copy the site wholesale, misrepresent the source, or use our marks in a way that implies an endorsement we have not given.
Acceptable use #
Do not disrupt or overload the website, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its forms. Do not impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to provide. Do not use the site to spam others or collect information for an unauthorized purpose.
