Credit cost shown before each task

Credits are how FinePrint counts work. Your plan adds a set number of credits each month. Before any work begins, FinePrint Counsel shows how many credits the task will use, and you decide whether to go ahead. A larger task uses more credits than a small one.

Credits refresh every month, and unused credits do not roll over. If you run out, you can wait for the next month, move to a larger plan or buy more credits at the price shown. Government filing fees are billed separately, and you approve them first.

Pricing questions

How far do my credits go?

It depends on the tasks. Reviewing a short agreement uses fewer credits than forming a company. Tell us your first task when you apply, and you will see its credit cost before you choose a plan.

Does a lawyer review every output?

Not every one. Legal work follows a process lawyers approved and sample-check. Work that needs additional legal judgment waits for a lawyer’s review.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans are monthly. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, and your company record stays yours to export.

Is FineShield included in my plan?

No. FineShield is priced with each enterprise. We confirm the supported channels, scope and charges with you before you start.

Can I keep my existing lawyer?

Yes. Tell us how you want your lawyer involved, and FinePrint can share the work and the company record with them.
