Priced for the company, not per seat.
Priced as software. Four plans. One published price for the whole company, never per seat. The plan grows as the company grows.
Four plans, and what each one is for.
The plan decides how much work you run and which specialists you get. The product is the same on the $100 plan and the enterprise agreement.

Custom
Your own Private Legal AI model.
FinePrint OS for Enterprise, built on FinePrint LM. Multiple entities, custom policies, API access. Your team in the loop. Your keys. Credits set with the plan.
Lawyer review is included in every plan. No separate legal bill.
Monthly. For the company, not per seat · move up, down or out at any time · government fees at cost.
Not sure which plan fits? Each solution page says what FinePrint runs for you and which plans fit: startups, mid-sized businesses, and enterprise.
How the work is counted
Credits count the work. A one-credit endpoint is one signed document. A five-credit endpoint is seven documents, a board approval and two filings. The price is on the endpoint before it runs, and the running total sits at the top of the screen. Credits refresh monthly.
Lawyer review is included. A matter that needs a lawyer shows you the attorney and the scope before anything moves. There is nothing to pay for it. If a month is going to run past your credits, you are told before the next endpoint runs, not on an invoice afterwards.
The price holds because of how the work is split. The routine work runs as agents, priced like software. The judgment comes from licensed attorneys, inside the same subscription. Nobody bills you to get up to speed on your own company, because the record is already current.
The $100 plan is about what a startup firm bills in ten minutes.
What an endpoint draws
| Endpoint | Credits | What that covers |
|---|---|---|
| /create-nda | 1 | Drafted from your position, sent for signature, filed in the Legal Room. |
| /assign-ip | 1 | One assignment, executed and attached to the person and the work it covers. |
| /file-83b | 1 | Election prepared, mailed, tracked to receipt, the 30-day clock closed out. |
| /review-contract | 2 | Counterparty paper read against your playbook, issue list, redline returned. |
| /create-board-consent | 2 | Consent drafted from the record, routed to the directors, countersigned and filed. |
| /foreign-qualify | 2 + fee | Registration prepared and filed with the state. Government fee at cost. |
| /grant-options | 3 | Grant papered against the plan, the pool and a current 409A, with the consent behind it. |
| /issue-safe | 3 | SAFE issued, side terms checked, cap table and record updated after. |
| /incorporate | 5 + fee | Charter, bylaws, founder stock, first consent, EIN. State fee at cost. |
| /hire-employee | 5 | The full hire: offer, PIIA, policies, and the grant documents that go with it. |
Government fees are passed through at cost: Secretary of State filings, franchise tax, USPTO fees, registration fees. FinePrint does not mark them up and does not charge a credit for paying them.
FinePrint is a legal technology company, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Where judgment is required, a licensed attorney reviews the matter or takes it, engaged by you, with the review included in your plan.
What a matter costs, worked through.
Three kinds of work, counted end to end. Green runs as agents. Yellow shows you the attorney and the scope before anything moves, at no cost on top of the plan.
| The matter | What runs | Credits | Where a lawyer comes in |
|---|---|---|---|
| An NDA arrives from a prospect and needs to go back today | /review-contract — read against your playbook, three deviations flagged, redline and issue list returned, executed copy filed. | 2 | Green. No lawyer needed. Lawyers score samples of this output in the background. |
| The Sarah Kim hire — a senior engineer, remote from Denver, the company’s first Colorado employee | /hire-employee 5 · /create-board-consent 2 · /foreign-qualify 2 — seven documents, a board consent for the option grant, the state filing and payroll registrations. | 9 + Colorado fees at cost | Yellow on one question only: an existing restrictive covenant with a former employer. J. Alvarez, employment, Colorado. No charge on top of the plan. The other twelve steps stayed Green. |
| A SAFE issued to an angel who wants to put in $50,000 before the round | /issue-safe 3 · /create-board-consent 2 — instrument issued on your standard terms, side terms checked against what you’ve already promised. | 5 | Green on standard terms. It turns Yellow the moment the investor sends back their own paper. A most-favored-nation clause is a judgment call, and you see the attorney and the scope before it is answered. |
The rule underneath all three: you never find out what something cost afterwards. The credit price is on the endpoint before it runs. Lawyer review costs nothing on top of the plan. The government fee is the government’s number. Northwind Robotics is an example company.

Every plan
What runs the same at every price.
Everything below is on all four plans.
The Legal Room
The record, the documents and Today. Read before every endpoint acts, written back after. Always current.
The 101 endpoints
The whole transaction each time: documents, approvals, signatures, filings, record updated after. Which ones open varies by plan. What an endpoint does never does.
The judgment lanes
Green — agents run it, with your approval. Yellow — a lawyer confirms, included in the plan. Red — a lawyer leads, file already built.
The documents
Every executed document, versioned and indexed, filed by the endpoint that produced it. Share a room in a click when diligence starts.
Network review
Approved legal professionals score samples of endpoint output, anonymized first. Their corrections train FinePrint LM.
Export or delete
Encrypted, isolated to your company, never training data. Export in full or delete, any day, on every plan.
The alternatives.
Most legal AI makes lawyers faster. FinePrint runs the work for companies. Each alternative is the right choice for something. Here is what each is for, and what sits outside it.
| Compared on | An hourly firm | A template library | A contract-AI tool |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it is best at | Judgment, and accountability for it. A licensed attorney who knows your deal. Irreplaceable on a financing, a dispute, an acquisition. | A starting document, instantly, for free or nearly. Right for a one-off standard form on no budget. | Reading and marking up contracts at volume. The good ones are strong at that. |
| What sits outside it | The watching. A firm answers the question you asked. Nobody is watching for the question you should have asked. | Everything after the download: the board approval, the signature order, the filing, the record that has to change. | The corporate half: the cap table, the consents, the state registrations. A hire is not a contract review. |
| How it fits with FinePrint | Keep it. Red matters go to a specialist with the file already built. The hours you buy are judgment hours, not reconstruction hours. | The endpoints replace this layer. The document is the easy part of the transaction it belongs to. | Overlaps on /review-contract. The difference is what else the review reads: the record of what you already promised, and to whom. |
FinePrint adds the part none of the three carry: one current record of what the company legally is, the routine work run on top of it, licensed attorneys reviewing it, and coverage that is always on.
Questions people ask before they start.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You are told before the next endpoint runs, not on an invoice afterwards. Every endpoint shows its credit price before it starts, and the running total is at the top of the screen. From there you can wait for the refresh, move up a plan, or add a block of credits at the rate published on your plan screen.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits refresh monthly and unused credits lapse. If you keep ending the month with credits to spare, you are on too big a plan, and moving down is a click. Nothing you have already run is affected.
Do I pay extra when a lawyer gets involved?
No. Lawyer review is included in the subscription. When a matter goes Yellow you see the attorney and the scope on screen and you approve the scope. There is nothing to pay and no invoice afterwards.
If the question turns out to be bigger than the scope, the matter stops and comes back to you with the new scope first. Work outside a scope you approved does not happen.
How quickly does a matter get reviewed?
Each review queue states its turnaround window, and you see that window with the attorney and the scope before you approve. Priority lawyer review, on Growth and up, moves your matters to the front of those queues. Sampled review of Green work runs in the background and never blocks your work.
Who is the attorney working for?
You. Matter review is an engagement between you and a licensed attorney, conflict-checked before anything begins. The software cannot override a reviewer’s flag, and reviewer pay never depends on approving anything.
Can I switch plans, and how does cancelling work?
Plans are monthly. Move up or down at any time. Cancel at any time, and the plan runs to the end of the paid month. Executed documents, filings and the record are yours. Export and permanent deletion stay available after you cancel.
Why isn’t this priced per seat?
Per-seat pricing makes companies ration their own legal team. The plan is for the company. Nobody pays per login.
Do I still need my law firm?
For a financing, a dispute, an acquisition or a regulated question, yes. FinePrint routes those Red, with the file already built before the first call. You spend less on a specialist without getting less from one. The routine work stops being billed by the hour.
