For sales teams

Check the terms before your team promises them

A customer asks for a price lock, a higher uptime target or the right to cancel at any time. FineShield, your Legal AI Firewall, is legal autocorrect for the reply: it checks the email, the Slack message or the call against the signed agreement and the approval limit, and flags what goes past them. The salesperson sees the rule and who can say yes.

Start with the promise in the conversation

“Can you confirm today’s price for 3 years?” The salesperson needs two things: the signed terms and the pricing limit. In email or Slack, FineShield shows the conflict while the message is still a draft. On a call, the rule appears privately, before the salesperson answers.

Give the salesperson wording from the agreement

The flag shows the exact words at issue and the clause they break. The correction uses the approved terms. If the customer wants more, the request goes to the person your company names.

Keep business approval with the deal owner

A pricing decision goes to the pricing approver. A legal question goes to your lawyer. FineShield does not give the salesperson authority to accept terms beyond their limit.

A customer request does not change the salesperson's approval limit.

Written drafts and spoken answers need different actions

An email or Slack draft can wait for a correction or an approval. A spoken answer cannot. In Zoom, Google Meet and in-person meetings, the rule appears privately, before the salesperson answers. We confirm what each channel can do before connecting it.

Keep the decision for the next conversation

The record keeps the flagged excerpt, the source, the decision, and the reason. When someone later asks why a term changed, or who approved it, the answer is there. Who can see records, and for how long, is agreed with your company.

See a renewal checked against its signed terms

Watch Lena in Slack and on a Zoom renewal call. In both, the customer asks for more than the agreement allows, and Lena sees the rule before the promise goes out. Northwind, its people and its documents are fictional.

Will every message go to legal?

FineShield flags conflicts with the rules in scope. Business exceptions go to named business approvers. Questions that need legal judgment go to your lawyers.

Can the team use its own sales documents?

Yes. Your company chooses the signed contracts, policies and approval limits to check against. We confirm which ones apply to the first team and channels.

Start with the terms your team negotiates

Tell us which sales team and channels to include, and who approves price, service, and cancellation exceptions. We will confirm the supported scope before connecting anything.
