FinePrint Product examples

See the work and the decisions behind it

Two examples of Legal AI Counsel (FinePrint Counsel) doing legal work. Four of Legal AI Firewall (FineShield), legal autocorrect, flagging legal risk in Slack, email, a Zoom call and an interview. Each one shows the rule it found and the person who decides.

FinePrint Counsel

A contract review starts with your company records

Counsel reads the draft against what your company has already promised. It makes a plan, asks for the facts it is missing, and shows what the task will cost before it starts. You decide.

A customer's draft agreement in FinePrint Counsel: the counterparty screened, the draft read against the company's playbook positions and checked against what the company has already promised, then a plan of a redline, an issue list and one approval with its cost, and each clause's draft, position and result in a table.

FinePrint Counsel

A hiring question stops for a lawyer

Legal work follows a process lawyers approved and sample-check. Work that needs additional legal judgment waits for a lawyer's review.

A matter stopped for a lawyer in FinePrint Counsel: the work request to an outside employment lawyer, the scope approved by the CEO, the lawyer's answer and the reason, and the matter moved back to the routine lane.

FineShield · Slack · 0:28

Slack promises checked against the signed agreement

Lena sells for Northwind. Her customer asks her to confirm 99.9% uptime, a 3-year price lock and cancellation at any time. Her message waits. FineShield shows which promise breaks the signed agreement and which one needs an approver.

FineShield · Email · 0:32

An email shares news before its announcement

Priya starts telling an old friend about trial results her company has not announced. The email waits at Send. FineShield shows the sentences at issue and the wording to use instead.

FineShield · Zoom · 0:27

Private guidance during a customer meeting

FineShield joins Lena's Zoom call as a named participant and posts a notice. When the customer asks for a 3-year price lock, a higher uptime figure and what another customer pays, the rule appears on Lena's screen before she answers. Nobody else sees it.

FineShield · In person · 1:33

Guidance during an interview

Dana interviews Marcus and tells him FineShield is taking notes. When the questions drift to family plans, a better question appears on her phone. When Marcus asks for more equity than she can offer, the rule appears before she answers.

Check the source and the outcome

Every example has the same five parts, listed here. Look for each one. These films and screens show how the product behaves, not customer results.

  1. Original words
  2. Cited rule
  3. Proposed change
  4. Person who decides
  5. Final record

Spoken words cannot be held.

Are these customer stories?

No. These are product demonstrations. The people, companies, and documents are fictional. Customer stories need a named customer, permission, and evidence of the reported result.

Will every task follow the same review path?

No. Routine work follows a process lawyers approved and sample-check. Work that needs additional legal judgment waits for a lawyer. The second example above shows that stop.
