Start with where the signed agreement lives

FineShield can only check a message against the right agreement. So start there: which copy is current, who keeps it, and how changes get approved. Then agree how that agreement reaches FineShield.

Separate preparing work from keeping agreements

Counsel drafts and reviews from your company record, with lawyers supervising. Your contract tool signs, dates, stores and controls access. Give each of the six jobs one owner. They are not one job.

Check what happens after the agreement is signed

The agreement is signed. A month later a salesperson promises a term it does not allow, in an email. FineShield checks the message against the agreement and shows the conflict. The message waits at Send for the person allowed to decide.

A signed agreement cannot stop a later promise. FineShield flags it, like autocorrect, while it can still be fixed.

Compare who owns the exception

Your company sets the approval limits. FineShield sends business exceptions to the named approver and legal questions to your lawyers. Agree which system records the decision and which record counts as final.
Do not assume the two products are connected

List the records that would move, who owns them, and the permissions needed. Ask us to confirm the setup. This page does not promise a direct connection to your contract product.
Know which record each product keeps

The Legal Room holds your company documents and decisions. FineShield's flagged record holds the excerpt, the source, the decision, and the reason. Agree who can see each record and how long it is kept.

Does FineShield replace our agreement archive?

No. Its flagged record holds the flags, not your agreements or your chat history. Keep your archive where it is.

Is a connection to our current product included?

Ask us. Name the product and the records, and we will confirm what is supported. Being in the same category does not mean a connection exists.
