Eight specialists. One Legal Room. 101 endpoints.

You talk to one AI counsel. Behind it, eight specialist agents run 101 kinds of legal work on the same Legal Room. Each stops where judgment belongs to a lawyer.

What an agent is

A chatbot answers. An agent finishes.

A chatbot returns text. It knows nothing about your company and keeps nothing after the tab closes.

A FinePrint agent reads the Legal Room before it acts, runs the whole transaction, and writes the result back.

Every run is bounded. The endpoint sets which facts are required, which approvals are needed, and which conditions send the matter to a lawyer.

Northwind Robotics is an example company.

  • It reads first

The agent reads what it needs from the Legal Room: entity, authority, cap table, agreements. A missing fact stops the run and is asked for by name.

  • It runs the whole transaction

Documents, the approval that makes them valid, the signatures, the filing, the receipt. It is finished when the paperwork is filed, not when a draft appears.

  • It writes back

Executed documents land in the Legal Room. Headcount, pool, ownership and obligations update. New deadlines appear in Today.

  • It knows when to stop

When a Yellow or Red condition trips, the agent builds the file and hands it to a licensed attorney. The review is included in your plan.

Eight specialists, each deep in one lane.

Each agent carries its own playbooks, state rules and escalation conditions. All eight read the same Legal Room, so the equity math and the employment math never disagree.

More than one agent can work a matter. A hire touches Employment & HR, Corporate and Compliance & Risk in one run.

SpecialistWhat it ownsWhere it stops and a lawyer takes it
Corporate Formation, the board, the cap table, the raise, the exit. A priced round, a charter amendment touching preferences, an acquisition, insolvency.
Commercial Customers, vendors, channels, partners, the lease. Uncapped liability, an indemnity outside the playbook, exclusivity, a clause that rewrites IP ownership.
Employment & HR Hiring, pay, policies, leave and departures, by state. A prior restrictive covenant, an arguable classification, a termination with a complaint behind it.
Privacy, Data & AI The notices, the processing terms, the security program, the AI rules. A transfer with no clean mechanism, a suspected incident, any breach-notification decision.
IP & Brand The chain of title closed, then the registrations on top of it. A gap in the chain of title, a conflicting mark, an infringement opinion, a non-provisional patent.
Consumer & Marketing The terms, the checkout, the claims, the emails and texts. Claims without substantiation, a warranty disclaimer, anything aimed at minors.
Compliance & Risk Registrations, licenses, filings, screening, insurance. A missed filing with penalties accruing, a regulated industry, a sanctions hit, a notice from an agency.
Disputes & Claims Demands, collections, subpoenas, settlements, insurance claims. Litigation, arbitration, an injunction, a government investigation, a class claim.

The same eight, on screen

Eight lanes, one window.

Each specialist is an endpoint you address in the same window, on the same record. Each answer is graded: finished, planned, or waiting on a lawyer.

Employment & HR · reading the record

Six checks before a word is drafted

A hire in a new state is asked as one sentence. Before anything is written, the Employment & HR specialist reads the option pool, the 409A, what the board approved, and what Colorado requires.

Two checks come back clear. Three add work to the plan. The sixth, a covenant the candidate signed with a former employer, waits for a lawyer.

Matter M-0847, step 02 Checks: option pool 387,500 of 1,800,000 available, Clear; 409A valuation $0.63, Clear; board authority, no consent on file covers this grant, In the plan; employment footprint, first Colorado employee, In the plan; offer terms against Colorado law, In the plan; candidate disclosure of an existing covenant with Cascade Dynamics, A lawyer confirms.
Every value on this screen was read from the record, not typed.

Commercial · their paper, your playbook

Three deviations, side by side

Sales forwards a counterparty’s MSA with one question: can we sign this today? The Commercial specialist reads it against your playbook.

Three clauses diverge. Two are redlined. The third, uncapped liability for data loss, goes to a lawyer.

Step 02 Checks and step 03 The plan for the Axis MSA: the counterparty screened with no prior agreement on file; three deviations from the playbook, liability, ownership and renewal; and a table of the three clauses with their draft, your position and the result, section 9 limitation of liability marked Yellow, a lawyer confirms the position, sections 6 and 12 answered from your playbook.
Two answered from the playbook, one held for a lawyer.

Commercial · the redline, returned

Two redlines, one issue list, every send approved

The lawyer confirms the cap and redrafts one sentence. Redline v1 goes to sales the same morning. When the counterparty counters, redline v2 waits for your approval.

The issue list goes back into the thread sales forwarded it from. Nothing leaves until you approve it.

Step 05 Documents and step 06 Approvals for the Axis MSA: the customer draft, redline v1 sent August 26 and redline v2 drafted September 2, the three-line issue list sent to Lena, and an approvals table showing the scope and redline v1 approved by Maya Okafor and redline v2 waiting since September 2.
Their draft, two redlines and the issue list, each a document in the Legal Room.

Screens from the product demo.

101 endpoints, counted.

An endpoint runs the whole transaction, not a template: documents, approvals, signatures, filings, and the record updated after. The catalogue, by specialist.

Every plan includes credits. Endpoints draw credits as they run. Lawyer review is included. Government fees at cost. See the plans

Where an agent stops.

Every endpoint carries the conditions that decide who touches a matter. The level is a rule the agent cannot argue with.

Green — agents run it.

Standard work runs end to end, with your approval. Lawyers score samples of the output.

Yellow — a lawyer confirms.

The matter is outside what the model has learned, so it stops. A licensed attorney answers before anything moves. Included in your plan.

Red — a lawyer leads.

A financing, a dispute, a regulated question. A specialist takes the matter with the file already built.

Nothing runs until you approve it. Lawyer review is part of the subscription. There is never a fee on top.

The boundary

What the agents don’t do.

These are the limits, enforced in the product.

  • They don’t give legal advice

FinePrint is a legal technology company, not a law firm. The agents produce documents, approvals and filings from your record. Where a matter needs legal judgment, a licensed attorney takes it.

  • They don’t decide a judgment call

An agent can tell you a term is outside your playbook and what the fallback is. When a level trips, the file goes to a person. No override.

  • They don’t appear before a court or an agency

No representation, and no filings on your behalf in a dispute. Government filings are ministerial: registrations, reports, notices.

  • They don’t act without your approval

Nothing is signed, sent, filed or paid until you approve that step. The plan is on screen before the run starts.

  • They don’t train a shared model on your record

FinePrint LM learns from lawyers’ reviews, never from your record. Work that goes out for review is anonymized first.

  • They don’t fill in what the record doesn’t have

An endpoint stops when a required fact is missing. It does not guess, and it will not run in a state whose rules it does not carry.

Questions people ask.

How is this different from asking a general AI assistant the same question?

A general assistant answers from the internet and forgets you. An agent reads your Legal Room before it acts and writes the outcome back. An assistant leaves you with text. An endpoint leaves you with executed documents and a filed registration.

What happens when an agent doesn’t know something?

It stops and says so. A missing fact is asked for by name. A Yellow or Red condition sends the matter to a licensed attorney with the file already built. The review is included in your subscription.

Do I have to approve every step, or can I let it run?

You approve the plan before the run starts, and any step that signs, sends, files or pays.

Who checks the work?

Licensed attorneys, in two ways. Lawyers score samples of Green work, anonymized first. Yellow and Red matters go to a conflict-checked attorney. Both are included, and every answer feeds FinePrint LM through AnswerLoop.

Reviewers are paid per review. Their pay never depends on approving anything, and the application side cannot override a reviewer’s flag.

Can I add an endpoint you don’t have?

A licensed attorney contributes the playbook and the positions. The endpoint is built around rules the model cannot override, and ships only after it passes evaluation. The Enterprise plan includes API access and custom policies.

What does an endpoint cost to run?

Every plan includes credits, and endpoints draw credits as they run. From $100 a month for the company, not per seat. Lawyer review is included. Government fees at cost. How the work is counted

Does anything I run become training data?

No. The Two-Corpus Rule: FinePrint LM learns from lawyers’ reviews, never from your record. Your data is encrypted and isolated to your company. You can export it in full or delete it. How the isolation works

The agents run it. The lawyers stand behind it.

Thirty minutes, live. The agents run one workflow start to finish.
